The
Adventures of
Patty & Annabel:
Apache Lake & the Chakras
The Adventures of Patty
and Annabel - Apache Lake and the Chakras is a part of a set of
adventures about Patty the yellow lab and Annabel the Springer
spaniel. The two dogs go camping and find a pair of mallard ducks.
The ducks teach the dogs about their seven major chakras. The dogs
enjoy learning from the two ducks and understand how their chakras
work in their everyday life.If
you learn how to read your chakras you will increase your
self-knowledge. With some continued work you can learn how to
release stress, anger, confusion, and bad memories. When you
understand your chakras you can learn how to respond to difficult
events without long term emotional harm. Emotional distress can
often lead to physical health problems.
For example, the third chakra is located in your solar plexus.
This area will react to your fears, emotions, and your
flight-or-fight responses. When this chakra is in balance you will
have personal power, self control, warmth, and plenty of laughter.
When this chakra is out of balance you will feel anxious and have
panic attacks. You could also be hypersensitive to casual comments.
Simple breathing exercises can bring this chakra back into balance.
Marcella Lansdowne wrote this children's book 'The Adventures of
Patty & Annabel: Apache Lake and the Seven Chakras', as a first step
to learn about chakras, and for a simple and fun experience. She
hopes that readers take advantage of this powerful knowledge to have
more control of your wellbeing. |
